Academic options. BTC helps match your specialized interests with the right program to shape your future:

  • Pastry Arts: Study for three quarters to earn a certificate of completion. Start with the basics of the baking profession then delve into the art and theory behind classic pastries, artisan breads, chocolate, and wedding cakes.
  • Pastry: Learn the basics of food and beverage service, and take specialty courses focusing on breads to pies. Earn a certificate of completion after one quarter of study.
